Vehicle Banksman

About the course

Reversing and manoeuvring vehicles can put people at risk, particularly in busy workplaces or areas with limited visibility. Where a banksman is required, clear communication and an understanding of each person’s responsibilities are essential.

This course introduces the role of a vehicle banksman, the hazards associated with vehicle signalling and the recommended signals used to guide drivers. Delegates will develop their understanding through theoretical and practical assessments.
