Harness & Lanyard Awareness
About the course
A safety harness must be suitable for the task, correctly fitted and checked before use. This course explains the purpose of harness systems and the safety considerations involved when using them as part of a planned work-at-height task.
Delegates will learn about harness selection, fitting and pre-use checks, alongside the importance of equipment inspection and recognising damage or defects. The course also introduces relevant duties under the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
